Where do you invest?Our preferred TopCos are in the UK, Ireland, Delaware, Cayman Islands, Singapore and Hong Kong. Selected companies have to incorporate their TopCo in the abovementioned countries in order to receive our investment.

Do you offer sponsorship for visa?No, but we could guide you on how to get the visa/resident permit of the countries we invest in.

Can I apply as a single founder?No, all selected companies must have at least two founders. And each co-founder has minimum 5% voting right of the company.

Where do you hold your programme?Hybrid. The programme is mostly run as virtual base but it will require selected companies to join our onsite activities at our partner's location in Europe or Hong Kong depending on the programme you are joining.

Is there an application fee to apply for your programmes?Yes, it costs 49 USD to make an application - The application fee is non-refundable and it is for non-profit purpose, e.g. it enables us to continue to provide free enterpreneurial resources and to hold investors networking events, 1on1 investor meetings and etc. for all founders. However, it could be waived for partners introduced applicants.

What is your investment ticket size?We invest 25k USD to 250k USD as SAFE with a 3mn USD valuation cap. Our terms are negotiable for more matured companies.

Would you help on follow on fund raising?Yes, we can proudly say that we offer fund raising as a service to our portfolio companies with a 10% commission charge of which maximum half of our commission fees will be reinvested to the portfortlio companies at their latest qualified financing valuation.

I only have an idea, can I still apply for your programme?Yes, however, your chance to be selected will be low as we prefer companies that already have early tractions for their venture or at least an MVP.

Is there any cost to join your programme?Yes, we will take equity from your venture and charge a 30k USD fee on our Prime Programme and a 20k USD fee for the International Programme, and all fees are deducted from our investments/grants.

What is your investment focus?We are sector agnostic, however, investment priority is given to startups building their product in AI/ML, Blockchain/Crypto, Web3.0, FinTech, InsurTech, B2B SaaS, GreenTech, HealthTech and EdTech.
